Now I know where to get fro-yo, because there are SOOOOO many places in the Menlo Park-Palo Alto area. I really hope that more food reviews go up soon!
love this!! frozen yogurt is the best thing ever, i love having all of the different places laid out. It has inspired me to take my yogurt eating to a whole new level
Having been to a fair amount of these places myself, I’d say this review is on par with my observations. It is interesting to see the price vary upon each location, as it is something I wouldn’t normally be able to compare. Great review!
This is super helpful for people like me who don’t know about all these places, especially ones that were a lot closer than I thought! I’ll definitely keep this in mind next time I go out for fro-yo.
Wow, interesting responses! It was a great idea to do a review on this as there are so many fro-yo places to choose from in this area. I love how many pictures were incorporated. I also completely agree with the reviews. The Mix and Fraiche are my personal favorites as well! Anyone with me?
What a wonderful review of all these yogurt shops! I will definitely be visiting some of these yogurt spots in the near future now that I know which ones are the best.
with this indian summer we’re having, great timing on the article. inside my car got up to 107 degrees today; i sure could have used some cool frozen yogurt!
So many variations of one type of shop! There’s definitely something for everyone. Great job using the settings to really get a flavor for each individual yogurt shop
This is such a great article and design! I like the pictures and the way you guys went in-depth with this piece. However, I disagree with giving Wildberry a one out of five! I think it is definitely better than Miyo and the Mix for sure. However, its the closest yogurt place to my house so maybe I’m just used to it.
Love the design! I was sorry to see that The Mix will be closing soon but judging by the number of shops around I can’t say I’m surprised. As for Wildberry, a 1/5? You said yourself that you liked some of the flavors more than those of Pinkberry, which you rated 4/5.
I love frozen yogurt, and as a critic myself, it is super interesting to read about other views on the (millions of) shops. I love how you capture everything even down to the consistency of the yogurt. Awesome review.
Really great review of all the local spots. In my opinion though, Fraiche is a 5 and Miyo is more like a 1-2. I have had some experience with Fraiche being icy though, so I can see a 4.5. It’s definitely my personal favorite! With Pinkberry in a close second.
