Taekwondo Instructor Suspected of Child Molestation

A Taekwondo instructor at Kim's Tae Kwon Do Academy was accused of child molestation.
The Redwood City police have reported the arrest of a Taekwondo instructor for his acts of child molestation. These alleged acts occurred at Kim’s Taekwondo Academy in Woodside Plaza. Main suspect Ralph Todd was arrested on December 19, 2012. According to the Redwood City police, Todd “performed lewd and lascivious acts on a child.” Police continue to investigate this in hopes of finding any additional victims and/or witnesses.

This is truly disappointing and very hard to hear. My heart goes out to whatever child was the victim of such horrid acts.
