Where as in Chicago, the actual amount of money would not even dent the already increasing budget, but the additional time and debt is certainly not needed at the moment. Bring attention to South America, and boosting the economy there will be beneficial for everyone. People already know so much about the U.S. our tourist industry is in good shape. We can use the money that would have been used for the Olympics for another area of our economy that has a greater need of the money.
