Every Monday night, Willow Market holds a food truck fair where locals come to buy delicious food. There are a variety of trucks selling different cuisine that differs from week to week.

This past week Capel’s Hill Country Barbecue Truck, the Roli Roti Truck, the Whisk Truck, and the House of Siam on Wheels Truck were all present.

Capel’s Hill Country Barbecue Truck is a frequent attendee to the Willows Market Food Truck Fair and a popular attraction at the event. This featured dish is one of the employee’s favorites, brisket with sweet barbecue sauce and a side of macaroni and cheese.

The Roli Roti Food Truck is another veteran truck at the fair that is best known for its rotisserie open to the public. Shown in the picture above, the chicken, potatoes, and brussel sprouts are all cooked right in front of customers.

The Whisk Food Truck has not been as frequent of a visitor to the fair, but offers the most variety of food. Its most popular dish is the garlic fries, shown above. These fries are made fresh to order and hand tossed with seasonings. This is accompanied in the picture with an angus cheeseburger.

The House of Siam on Wheels Food Truck serves authentic Thai Cuisine, such as the featured Pad Thai Noodles topped with chopped peanuts. The truck also has a condiment station in front with spicy sauce, peanut sauce, packets of soy sauce and chopped peanuts.

The Food Truck Fair is held at Willows Market, which is located at 60 Middlefield Road, Menlo Park, CA 94025, from 5:00 to 6:00 every Monday. For more information please visit the Willows Market website, or their Facebook page.

What a better way to bring the community together than with delicious food! It makes Menlo Park even more unique.
