A Bullied Student Finds an Inspiring Hero
College Sophomore Jordan’s car was ruined by bullies discriminating against him for being homosexual. Unable to pay to fix the damage, he had to drive his car around with homophobic slurs written on it from March through August of 2012. A mechanic named Richard heard his story and would not tolerate this unfairness. His shop, the Quality Auto Paint & Body Shop in Roanoke, Virginia, rebuilt and upgraded Jordan’s car free of charge. Watch their moving story here.
